Buyer Rebate Up to .5 % of Sales Price

 If I am representing you on a purchase: 

 Buyer's Agent commission is 3 % or more, then the Buyer Rebate will be .5 % of Sales Price

 Buyer's Agent commission is 3 % to 2.5 %, then the Buyer Rebate will be .25 % of Sales Price. 

 Buyer's Agent commission is 2.6% to 2.0 %, then the Buyer Rebate will be .10 % of Sales Price.

 Buyer's Agent commission is less than 2.0 %, then there is no Buyer Rebate.

 If you're in the market for new construction, and you don’t use our Buyer Representation service, you are leaving thousands of EXTRA $$$'s behind.  There is traditionally a 2.5 to 3% co-broke built into the price to advertise and market new construction/builder homes. If you don't bring in an outside Realtor to the deal, the builder will not give you a rebate, free option, or concessions, as that is the unwritten rule of new construction.   You need to keep in mind that you only get one shot to register an outside Realtor for representation, and that's on your FIRST visit there.
